This historic Listed building has a unique Cordiners' Guild plaque, dated 1696, on the front of the building (cordiners were shoemakers).  It features balcony walkways, staircases, a tower & bridge. The apartment is on the third floor and enjoys a quiet ambience, overlooking the rear private terraced courtyard gardens, secluded from street view. 

It is excellent for visitors, being only a short pleasant walk to attractions. Theatres, galleries, cinemas, shopping, pubs and restaurants are all within the immediate area.
