Bonnyside house offers the following rooms

conservatory- with views of the garden the conservatory is an excellent place to enjoy a mid morning tea or coffee.

kitchen- the kitchen has recently been completely remodelled to ensure that cooking for larger groups is a pleasure. Featuring 3 jet ovens, microwave, inbuilt coffee maker, large SMEG fridge, drinks fridge, freezer and lots of equipment from breadmakers to food processors. The kitchen seats 12 for breakfast or to chat while cooking. There is a multfuel stove to add that special cosiness.

dining room- next to the kitchen the elegant dining room offers a special area to have an unhurried meal with friends and relations.

Bedroom 1- a useful downstairs bedroom with a toilet and wash hand basin adjacent, kingsize bed

Bedroom 2- another downstairs double bedroom with shower room adjacent.

TV room- leather sofas seating for 8 around a 50 inch TV screen with full SKY package.

Lounge- quiet lounge with no TV for adults or conversationists! 2 five seater hand made leather sofas and 2 easy chairs allow seating for 12 with plently of space for more chairs to be added if required.

Bathroom- large bathroom situated on the mezzanie floor. Large 2 large person or 3/4 small person bath situated in front of the window to catch glipses of deers- or more often cows!

Shower room- another shower room upstairs

Bedroom 3- a twin bedroom

Bedroom 4- a single bedroom

Bedroom 5- a double bedroom with a double sofabed and flat screen TV

Bedroom 6- a double bedroom with flat screen TV

Bedroom 7 - a kingsize bedroom with a very special ensuite featuring a steam jacussi bath with foot massager, back massager and its own sound system. Completing the decadence is a 19 inch waterproof TV mounted on the wall!

Drawing room- another large lounge without TV to sit and chat,, play chess or escape to with a glass of wine or wee dram. Seating for 14 with plently of space to add extra seats

Playroom/cinema- a useful room doubling both as a playroom with plently of toys and a dressing up box and a cinema with a larhe screen and a projector with full surround sound. There is a library of DVDs. It is also possible to connect the xbox 360 or wii on the projector and play games on the large screen- a great experience!

 Please remember when booking that this is our family home and as such it is equipped better than most holiday homes with books,games, kitchen equipment, DVDs, SKY, wifi however there will be some locked cupboards and rooms that store our personal possessions.

Bonnyside House is a large comfortable family home- it is not a castle or a stately home and lacks the grandeur and stuffiness of both. It is a place that you can relax and enjoy the company of family and friends with lots of activities, equipment and facilities.
