Titania Panoramic 'Cottage'
In a leafy and quiet location on the beautiful 4* Castels & Camping l’Orangerie de Lanniron site, set in the grounds of a 15th Century Chateau beside the river Odet near Quimper, the ancient capital of Southern Britanny.

This mobile home sleeps up to 6, with a master bedroom, twin/double bedroom and an extra pull-out bed under the lounge seating. The large picture windows looks towards the river. There is full-length raised decking with garden furniture on a wide sunny plot, surrounded by bamboo, hyderangeas and a large variety of trees and shrubs.

The mobile home is fully heated, with both gas and electric cooking facilities, and sensibly laid out with separate shower and w.c. and a fully-equipped galley kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. For your entertainment there is a radio/CD player and there is WIFI on site, so this is a complete home from home if you need it to be.

The ancient town of Quimper is within walking distance, alongside the river. Or the No. 1 bus goes directly to the centre.

A few minutes drive away are several south-facing beaches, each with a different character, whilst Britanny is home to many sites of Art & Culture including the walled city of Concarneau, Dinan, Quimperlé, Josselin castle, Pont Aven with its artists,etc., each with its own Festivals and attractions.

Quimper - Capital of Cornouailles
Stretching along the banks of the river Odet, Quimper is the ancient capital of la Cornouaille, the name given to this region by the ancient Celts who fled here from Cornwall. There are plenty of references to King Arthur and his knights too, as much part of folklore here as in Britain.

Much to see in Quimper is around the cathedral, with its distinctive twin spires, started in 1239. Next door is the Breton Museum, recently renovated, and the Musée des Beaux Arts is opposite.

Quimper’s particular fame is its pottery: the H.B. Henriot workshops, now run by an American couple, can be visited (except at weekends) and there is, of course, a shop. Behind the workshops is the pottery museum, showing three and a half centuries of the art.

Back in the centre of town, visit Les Halles, a fantastic display of gourmet produce. Weekly markets are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
