ACCOMMODATION:

Craigievar offers a fantastic location with views to match, the sitting room has a bay window from which you get 180 degree view of the Cromarty Firth and if you keep a watchful eye on the Firth you may catch sight of Dolphins, Seals or the Ospreys.

Binoculars are provided for the purpose of seeing the Osprey better and if you are an early riser you may see otter on the beach.

The Accommodation consists of:

Sitting Room with panoramic views of the Cromarty firth from the bay window.

The Dining room is off the sitting room and offers views to the front (sea) and across the rear garden, off the dining room is the kitchen, which has electric cooker, fridge. A freezer can be found in the utility along side the washer/dryer, there are cooking aids provided.

The Master bedroom with ensuite shower has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, lamps and DAB radio/alarm with lovely views across the Cromarty Firth water.

A second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, lamps and DAB radio/alarm with views over the rear garden.

There is a family bathroom with shower over.
