Maol Buidhe  is a lovely little self catering holiday cottage overlooking a sheltered bay in the Kildalton area of the Isle of Islay near Ardbeg.
It has its own extensive gardens and stretch of shoreline with a small jetty.

 

Accommodation

• Kitchen with wood burning stove, electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and telephone.
• Living room with open fire and television.
• Bedroom 1 with a double bed.
• Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
• Bathroom with bath and electric shower (accessed through Bedroom 2).
• Sun porch with views to the sea.

Water heating is by the wood burning stove or elecric immersion heater.
Heating is with electric storage heaters.       There is no smoking in the cottage and we do not accept pets.
 

Wildlife

Seals and Otters are frequently seen in the bay. Cormorants, shags, eider and  shell ducks  are some of the sea birds seen  along the coast.

 

Prices

2012 Price - £400 per week

Price includes electricity, linen, towels.
