the road. Local bus stops are also situated across the road and there are a number of buses into the centre of town which takes only 5 minutes. If walking; to the east end of the city centre it is about 15-20 minutes. To Holyrood Palace, the foot of the Royal Mile, the Scottish Parliament and The Queens Park, it is only a ten minute walk.

 

It is excellent for visitors; with theatres, galleries, cinemas, shopping, pubs,restaurants and other attractions within easy reach. Although the property is good for families, it is also ideal for couples and people travelling alone.
