Terms & Conditions for Roseacre & Westbay
While we want you to treat our apartments as a home from home during your stay, we do have a few essential rules.
· A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking.
· The remaining balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival.
· If you need to cancel you’re booking we will give you a full refund as long as you cancel up to 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 28 days of your arrival date will be refunded minus your 20% deposit.
· No smoking inside the property.
· No pets.
· A baby cot is available on request.
· You may check in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 10am on the day of departure.
