We had a good stay here. The facilities are great and we found it a cosy flat to stay in.

I highly recommend this flat. The decor and views are wonderful. The swimming pool was great - long, quiet, and just the right temperature. The building is in a great location - close to Princes St., Grassmarket and also walking to other neighborhoods such as Merchiston, Morningside, and Newington.

Our stay at Apartment 39 was one of the most pleasurable and relaxing stays in Edinburgh for years. The accomodation/facilities are first rate and location perfect. Ideal for couples who want to unwind in the heart of Edinburgh - recommended!

Apt 39 suited us as much as last time, when we came here for the festival 5 years ago.
It’s the swimming pool in the basement which makes this accommodation a cut above the rest. The decor in the flat is blue and yellow throughout and thoughtfully coordinated.
The weekly bus pass in Edinburgh is excellent value for money if you don’t wish to travel by car or taxi. Buses are regular and prompt. Drivers are friendly.
