Set in the attractive grounds of a stately manor house, with plenty to do both on the park & in the surrounding area, you’re sure of a memorable holiday. 

The Caravan

A 28’ x 10’ Atlas Mirage which sleeps 4 – 6, has 2 bedrooms – 1 double bed, 2 single beds, double bed settee, shower room & kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, hoover,  TV/DVD & gas fire. For outside, a picnic table and chairs.

Gas & electricity are free.

Duvets are provided, but please bring sufficient duvet  & pillow covers, sheets & towels for your party. Otherwise the caravan is fully equipped with everything you need.

Round & About

Visit Looe only 2 miles distant, a lovely Cornish fishing village, famous for shark fishing. Explore Polperro 1.5 miles away, a quaint old fishing village with ‘olde-worlde’ shops, pubs & cafes. Further afield don’t miss the Eden Project, The Monkey Sanctuary, The National Marine Aquarium & the historic Pilgrim steps at Plymouth, Newquay Zoo & Dobwalls Adventure Park

The site is owned & run by John Fowler Holidays, whose Terms & Conditions apply.

Sorry - no same sex parties under 25 years of age.

After booking you will be required to supply details of your party, which will be forwarded to John Fowler holidays, who require this information as part of confirmation of authorization of use of the caravan as a condition of issuing your keys, which are available from 3 p.m. on arrival.

Both the site & caravan owners reserve the right to exclude anyone infringing ownership or site rules, with no right of refund.

With regret, pets cannot be accepted.

No smoking in the caravan.

Please leave the caravan as you would like to find it and no later than noon on the day of your departure.

 A refundable (subject to conditions) £60 damage waiver/deposit is payable immediately to secure a booking of the week(s) of your choice.

This is in addition to the caravan rental, which is payable no less than eight weeks before your holiday.

All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday for 1 or more weeks. If you book for two successive weeks, deduct 10% from the second weeks rental
