BEACHVIEW

Our holiday home,sleeping 2-8, stands in the centre of the village of Golspie (pop 1600). It is within easy reach of shops, hotels and all village amenities.To its rear is a large, enclosed, pet friendly garden which leads down to a safe sandy beach.The beach extends along to a small harbour used by local fishermen. There is car parking in the garden.

 Accommodation

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with wood burning stove, a bathroom and an additional sitting room with patio door access to the garden. There is oil fired central heating throughout.

The kitchen area is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker and gas hob, microwave and fridge.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an additional single, and a small electric shower room/toilet. A large open plan loft area above this has a double and 2 single beds. The house is tastefully furnished throughout and retains a family atmosphere.

 All bedlinen is provided and towels are available on request.

Electricity, coal and logs are inclusive.

There is internet connection.

Beachview is available for year round letting, normally on a weekly basis, but short breaks can be arranged.
