All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....
Covid-19 cancellation and refund policy

In these uncertain times we have to warn guests that all bookings are subject to Covid-19 restrictions operating in Scotland at the time of your visit, which can be viewed on www.gov.scot. Should we be unable to host you because of those restrictions we will refund all payments made, including your deposit.
Please be aware, however, that if there are any issues that affect your booking in particular, over and above those affecting residents of Scotland in general e.g. if you are coming from overseas and may need to quarantine then only the normal refund terms will apply.
