We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....
Scotland's Covid-19 Strategic Framework

On 23rd February First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced an update to Scotland's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Strategic Framework. Keen not to mention any dates the update focuses on stages of recovery to be achieved. Cross border travel is still prevented for 'all but essential purposes' but a return to tourism is broadly indicated for around May time. Keep your eye on gov.scot for futher updates due in March.
