All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with.  We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it.  Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance.  Quite an ordeal ....

Looking good for the resumption of tourism.

The latest announcement from the Scottish Government expects a significant reopening of the economy and society from 26 April. This will likely permit travel within all of mainland Scotland, opening of shops, libraries, museums and galleries, opening of gyms and swimming pools and tourist accommodation.  Outdoor hospitality to open till 10pm with alcohol permitted and indoor hospitality permitted without alcohol and closing at 8pm.

Good news!
