All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....

New Year, new holiday season

A new year and hopefully moving towards the end of COVID restrictions. Skye as beautiful as ever and a welcome escape from the Boris and Brexit mess of London.
Overcast down south but beautiful January sun here, albeit with the occasional downpour and a couple of typically Scottish outbursts of hail.
