All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....

Everything looking at its best with beautiful wild flowers everywhere, moody skies and calm seas, tempting you out onto the water or into the sea. Boat trips, kayaking, walking or simply sitting and enjoying the view, it's all there.
