This is a new and innovative project in intensive English tuition, situated in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland.

The price for this 12 day course is 850 euros, all inclusive -except airfares.
(El precio de este curso de 12 dias es de 850 euros, todo incluido - excepto billete de avion)
The maximum number of students will be 10, to maximise effective interaction between students and pupils. The minimum age for students is 18.
(El numero maximo de alumnos seran 10, asegurandose asi un alto nivel de interaccion entre el alumno y el tutor, y la edad minima son 18.)
Students will experience a mix of formal classes, work experience and informal interaction with families and the local community.There will be a wide variety of activities including story-telling, video diaries, cultural visits and much more.
( Los estudiantes experimentaran una mezcla de clases formales, talleres de trabajo, una relaccion informal con la familia de acogida y otros miembros de la communidad)
COURSE OUTLINE:

Each day there will be 3 hours of classes and 3 hours of time interacting with local families or in work experience.
( Cada dia habra tres horas de clases y tres horas con familias o de talleres de trabajo)
Video Diaries:
(Video diarios)
Students will be interviewed at the beginning of the course and at the end, to monitor their individual development with the language. The films will be watched by the group on the last night.
(A lo largo del curso los estudientes seran entrevistados individualmente delante de la camara, para monitorizar su desarrollo y los progresos, y seran visionados en la ultima noche de estancia.)
Work Experience:

Students will be involved with the preparation and running of a local food market in the village, giving plenty of opportunity to use their developing language skills.
(Los estudiantes se involucraran en la comunidad local, preparando y dirigiendo un mercado de comida artesana local en el pueblo.)
Cultural Activities:

The meals will be typically Scottish, using local produce, and students will be involved in the preparation of the food. There will also be opportunities to learn traditional Scottish songs and dances, and to visit museums and historic monuments.
(El alimento consistira en comidas tipicas britanicas, usando productos locales, se propondra a los estudiantes en participar en las preparaciones de la comida. Habra oportundades de aprender canciones y bailes tradicionales y visitar museos y monumentos historicos.)

The course will include visits within the Cairngorms National Park, visitng lochs and mountains, and there will opportunities for watersports and cycling.
(El curso incluira paseos a el parque nacional de cairngorms, visitas a lagos y montanas, y oportunidades de practicar deportes acuaticos y ciclismo.)
It is recommended that students bring warm clothing, walking boots and waterproof jackets.
