50% deposit payable within 7 days of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before commencement of stay, or is due immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of start date. Booking is not confirmed until receipt of deposit payment. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. The property is let for holiday purposes only. Maximum occupancy 5 people.Deposit, less 10% administration fee, is refundable if cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before start date. Refund at owner’s discretion if cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before start date. Insurance can be provided at extra cost - please ask for details. Free wi-fi access is subject to availability and requires access code.
Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday during peak times, however, this may be subject to change for Christmas and New Year bookings and for short breaks. Entry from 3 pm on day of arrival, please vacate the cottage by 10 am on day of departure. Maximum of 2 dogs by prior arrangement only (and may be subject to extra charge). Dogs and owners must adhere to our ‘dog policy’ (available upon request). No smoking inside property. We reserve the right to make a charge for damage caused to property and furnishings over and above normal wear and tear as well as imposing a cleaning surcharge should the property not be left in a reasonable state.
