The cottage sleeps 5 and has two comfortably furnished bedrooms - one double bedroom with 5ft kingsize bed and a large twin bedroom, suitable for adults or children, with a third single fold out bed and a flatscreen digital TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Both bedrooms have south facing seaviews towards the Moray Firth.
There is a spacious bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin & WC as well as a separate WC/basin with small corner bath. A travel cot and high chair are provided for younger guests.
Downstairs, the cottage has a comfortable living room with two leather sofas, an open fire and flatscreen digital TV with Freeview and DVD. A separate dining room has a large farmhouse-style table with seating for up to 6 people. There is a good selection of DVDs available for guests' use, as well books, games, puzzles and a small table tennis table. The property benefits from full oil-fired central heating (fuel included in rental price).
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are situated in the adjacent utility area.
