Access Statement:

Highbury Cottage is situated in the heart of the glorious Somerset countryside.  The bustling Saxon village of Wedmore is 2miles where a number of eating places, grocery shops and interesting boutique stye shops can be found and enjoyed.  Most of the large supermarkets delliver to the door.

There is a limited Bus service from Wedmore but they do not pass Highbury Cottage.  There is a community minibus service please see the isle of Wedmore web site for details. There are taxi's available to book.

The Cottage is spacious and airy and all on one level downstairs. the bedrooms are upstairs.

ACCESS TO THE COTTAGE:

The gravel drive is flat and there are 2 car parking spaces available. The front door has a 6"step into the hall. The stairs, downstairs cloakroom and sitting room lead off the hall.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The sitting room has high and low level seatng.  The TV has a  remote control.  The pedastal dining table seats 6 and the chairs do not have arms. The space through the glass doors to the garden room is xxxx where there is soft low level seating but high level seating could be arranged.  The glass patio door leadimg onto the terrace outside is xxxxx and the step is xxx.
