We loved our time in Cruard and even though it was October, we had some lovely days of sunny warm weather! The cottage is exquisite - everything you could wish for.
Remember to feed the birdies for me!

We arrived in brilliant sunshine with the views taking our breath away, inside the cottage everything was perfect, warm and cosy and again the views from the kitchen and bedromms was stunning. For the rest of the week we had every type of weather you could imagine, through it all the beauty of the area and the cosy welcome of Cruard Cottage just kept us smiling. We even saw our first wild otter during the week at kylerhea. Oh and a submarine that decided to park off the coast. there aren't many places we'd come back to but Cruard is certainly one of them. Thanks Guys

When you arrive at Cruard Cottage you know that you are going to have an amazing holiday. The cottage is stunning as are the views. We saw oyster catchers, herons and numerous other sea birds on a daily basis and caught a glimpse of a seal and an eagle. There are lovely walks along the shore and down the lane to the local hotel for lunch or supper.
We would definitely pay a return visit to Cruard.

Just returned from a week at the lovely Cruard Cottage. What a perfect spot with the most wonderful views and not a midge in sight! A little bit of heaven.
