Accommodation

Sandavore Shepherd's Bothy offer basic self catering accommodation for up to four people in a renovated shephard's dwelling. It is a one room building divided into two by a low dividing wall and the fireplace. The living area has a wood buring stove, sette, armchair, table and stools.

The kitchen area has a full sizegas cooker along with all the basics needed for self catering accommodation. The sink has cold running water which can be quickly heated by an electric kettle.

Sleeping accommodation comprises a double bed and bunk beds with bedding provided.

We also supply hand and tea towels.

There is a flushing toilet just outside and public showers are available at the pier. A picnic bench is sited just outside the bothy.

The bothy has a 5kW electricity supply. Logs for the fire and gas for the cooker are supplied. It is advisable to bring a torch.
