Downstairs the front entrance vestibule also has a toilet and WHB and all toilets have a shaver point. The lounge has a double aspect window making it very light and airy.There is a sliding glass partition door which can be closed in autumn and winter to keep it cosy but which is "open plan" in summer.

The conservatory is a favourite small but very comfortable room .It opens out to the decking where you can sit or go to the back enclosed garden. There is a large permanent picnic table with benches in the garden and loungers for those who enjoy sunbathing!

The adjoining garage is accessed via the hall and houses the washing machine and has a pulley and also gives direct access to the generous sized garden which is fully enclosed, making it very safe for children.

The kitchen /diner also is dual aspect looking north and west and from where you can also watch the amazing sunsets all year.

For ease of access to the upper floor a second handrail has been installed on the wall-side of the staircase for the elderly or those with some difficulty on stairs.
