The house would not be suitable for a wheelchair user but possible for those with a little mobility or other disability.

The 2 car monoblock driveway slopes a little both sideways and top to bottom.

Stairs to the house are 2 metres from parking and there are 3 steps to the house with a handrail to the left. The steps are 15cms high, 20 cms deep and 94 cms wide.

The front door is 83cms wide and the key hole is 95 cms high.There is a small vestibule inside with a small WC and WHB offf this vestibule.

From inside the vestibule, the hall lounge and staircase are all carpeted and there is a glass sliding door which can be opened or closed. All furniture is movable.

The kitchen off the hall has linoleum as has the conservatory which is at the end of the hall. The kitchen is a standard kitchen but has a few utensils/aids for those who have difficulty opening tins etc.

All doors in the house have awooden lips below the door where the room joins and is 2cms high.

There is a step into the conservatory.

Also from the hallway there is access to the adjoining garage which has 1 step down. Here there is a pulley and the washing machine and a door directly into the garden with 4 steps down and a lefthand rail. This is wooden decking steps to match the decking around the back of the house. Access to the front decking is with 3 steps from one side and 4 steps from the other to get to the garden or 1 step from the conservatory.

The stair to the 3 bedrooms has a handrail both sides.

There are 13 steps to the upper landing and the steps are 80cms wide, 17cms deep, and between 80cms and24cms deep depending on where they are on the stairway.

The double en-suite bedroom with free space of 110cms x 110cms and the twin has 88cms and 55cms free space and are both spacious while the single is a standard single bedroom.in total 160cms x 240cms.
